Information Collection and Usage

We created the Gratitude Garden to assist you in capturing and organizing your thoughts, memories, and moments of gratitude. This allows you to input, upload, or store any text, images, and other data within the Gratitude Garden (collectively referred to as “Content”).

• You have the option to back up your data by sign-in on both Android and Apple devices.
• We may collect your email address and user name when you sign-in for making user profile with your consent.
• We may collect your email address when you request support via email or through a customer support form, using it solely for support, feedback, or important information.

Export

• You can export your journal entries in CSV format and save them on your phone or share them via third parties like Gmail, WhatsApp, etc. Once exported, we are not responsible for your files.

In-app Purchases

• MaySnow provides the Gratitude Garden app as a freemium service with auto-renewable in-app purchases. If a Premium plan is purchased, the subscription will renew automatically unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings (iOS users) or Google Play account settings (Android users) at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• We do not store any card information within the app. Your iTunes account (iOS users) or Google Play account (Android users) will be charged upon purchase confirmation.
• We do not support family sharing of any In-App purchases in the app.

Share

• Deleting the app will result in data loss unless backed up with sign-in feature or exported in CSV or PDF format.
• You can share your entries with others via third parties like WhatsApp, Instagram, messages, etc. We are not responsible for the data shared by you.
